“I was a tenant at the Newton Street NW property for several years from 2017-2020. During this time, all of my communication with Jimmy as property manager was punctual; he was responsive to all house concerns, returning any calls and emails within 24 hours. Maintenance was handled as promptly as it was communicated; on one occasion, the clothes dryer malfunctioned on a Friday afternoon, and Jimmy sent a contractor out that evening. A monthly cleaning service was included in rent, helping a great deal in keeping six adults living well together. He was polite and responsive in all my interactions with him, and always worked proactively to ensure his tenants were comfortable. ”
